At London Hearts, we’re committed to making sure that communities are prepared for the unexpected. That’s why we’re beyond excited to share the installation of a new external defibrillator at Wolviston Primary School, donated in partnership with ABB VIE💓
Ensuring the safety of students and staff in schools is more important than ever, and this new defibrillator is a crucial addition to the schools emergency preparedness plan. A cardiac emergency can happen at any time, and having a defibrillator on-site could mean the difference between life and death. This donation provides peace of mind, knowing that the school is better equipped to respond swiftly in the event of a medical emergency.
We were thrilled to see the Head Boy and Girl, Joe and Emily, take the lead in un-veiling the defibrillator. Their enthusiasm and commitment to ensuring the safety of their peers and school community is truly inspiring. These young leaders embody the spirit of the responsibility and care, helping set an example for others to follow.
The installation of this defibrillator I part of our broader mission to provide life-saving equipment to school and communities across the country. Working alongside ABB VIE, we aim to make a real difference in ensuring that more lives can be saved when every second counts.
By placing defibrillator in public spaces and educational institutions, we’re working to create a safer environment where people feel protected and prepared. This donation is a significant step in helping Wolviston Primary School maintain a safer, secure atmosphere for both students, staff and the community.
We believe that having access to a defibrillator is crucial, and we’re committed to braising awareness about their importance. Whether it’s in schools, offices, or community spaces, we want to make sure that no one is ever caught unprepared in a life threatening situation. Together we can ensure that more lives are saved, and more people are equipped with the tools and knowledge to respond in an emergency.
